Student assessment and support:
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.
Offer individualized support to students who need extra help in mastering English skills.
Exam preparation:
Thoroughly cover the CBSE syllabus and prepare students for board examinations.
Classroom and curriculum management:
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational trends.
Collaboration and professional development:
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum enrichment and extracurricular activities.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in English.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Prior teaching experience, preferably in a higher secondary setting.
