We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences. The role requires planning and delivering effective lessons, preparing students for board examinations, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
Teach and mentor students of senior secondary classes
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
Prepare students for board examinations with focus on both theory and practical components.
Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments ensuring safety protocols.
Encourage analytical and scientific thinking through interactive teaching methods.
Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and academic activities.
Provide guidance, counseling, and support to students in academic and career-related matters. * Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of the institution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (B.Ed. preferred).
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates (experience in teaching senior secondary level preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Physical).
Effective classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to integrate practical demonstrations with theory.
Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching (preferred).
Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of the institution.
