Purpose of job: This position is required to provide senior strategic leadership of business development to grow market share and increase income through full cost and commercial expansion, along with planning and overseeing marketing and lead generation.
He/She will be responsible for agreed sales and KPIs, taking a lead on implementing, reporting on and reviewing the strategic operational sales and marketing plans in order to drive revenue
As part of the Senior Management Team, this position requires experienced and proactive divisional leadership which drives performance and growth in line with the Company’s values, commercial planning, budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are met and, where possible, exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Jointly working with the senior management to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the PGA Labs to meet its vision and goals.
  • Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company
  • Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for Company that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow
  • Participating in management meetings and senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters
  • Building and nurturing deep relationships with CXO’s in line with the company's growth strategy.
  • Strong focus on budgets, targets, and its achievements and extracting highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales team.
  • Building out a nimble, agile and flexible sales and business development team that will complement the digital DNA of the organization.
  • Target setting, performance monitoring, coaching and guiding the sales team down the line (both existing and new).
  • Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to long-term strategy.
  • Understand and improvise the risk framework of the business and monitor the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same.
  • Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall.
  • Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required
  • Constantly fine tune the offering based on client feedback-

Qualifications: IIT/IIM/ISB/Ivy League Only- qualification from a reputed institute- Experience: 10+ years and above in business strategy firms with proven experience in sales, sales strategy
