PLANT AVAILABILITY:
To increase the operational efficiency of the Mechanical services and reducing unscheduled downtime of Mechanical equipments in
Limestone Crushers
OLBC
- Execution of preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure periodic checking.
- Manpower planning one day in advance for daily jobs.
- Proper Job planning for shutdown jobs.
- Eliminating non-value adding activities.
- Spare parts planning for major shutdown jobs as well as fulfilling day to day basic requirements.
-Interaction with OEM and suppliers for elimination of critical equipment problems.
- Execution of all the major jobs during shutdowns.
- Planning of contractor jobs to be carried out and raise service work order accordingly.
- Proper coordination with other departments.
- Daily monitoring of equipment health and maintaining records.
-Avoiding idle running of equipments
- Discussion on chronic problems with your dept. team and & co-workers, and eliminate it.
Reduction in plant breakdown.
- Analysis of major / minor breakdowns and plan corrective actions accordingly.
-Availability of critical equipment spare parts and raising indent for procurement as per requirement.
-Plan and installation of critical equipment stand by if possible and under the cost.
- Execution of preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and equipment site condition.
Shutdown Jobs Performing
-Prepare the job list for shutdown as per priority for the section.
- Proper Job planning for shutdown jobs.
- Planning of contractor jobs to be carried out and raise service work order accordingly.
- Spare parts planning for major shutdown jobs as well as fulfilling day today basis requirements.
- Planning and procurement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs
COST CONTROL:
Plan monitor and control spares and lubricants inventory and manpower cost as per budget

• Reduction in section cost by reducing breakdowns.

• Reduction in section cost by avoiding idle running of equipment.

• Avoid over time and optimum utilization of contract manpower

• Control the handling cost by avoiding Spillage.

-Identification of maintenance cost reduction parameters.
MIS & Records
Maintaining records for various activities and section KPIs
Ensuring timely data Updation in SAP
PR/ PO preparation in SAP and using various approval portals like I Approve and Jiffy.
Providing timely and accurate information to Management as and when required.
Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives
xc2xa7 Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
xc2xa7 Educating Staff, WB and CL Manpower to perform their jobs safely while improving their awareness on the Job they are performing, associated hazards and measures to perform the jobs safely while escalating unsafe acts and behaviors to their seniors.
xc2xa7 Timely conducting scheduled SO round and Walk Through Rounds, ensuring reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
xc2xa7 Reporting all major and minor Incidents , investigation of incidents & closing all recommendations as per timeline mentioned in Incident Investigation Standard & Procedure
xc2xa7 To conduct daily Tool Box Talk as schedule and before start the job any critical job along with SWP
xc2xa7 Adhering of all safety precautions on the site and off the site
xc2xa7 Achieving 100% compliance with Process Safety Management standard.
xc2xa7 Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
xc2xa7 Ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc. and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action
xc2xa7 Replicating good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among manpower to save guard natural resources.
- Preparing personal Safety & wellness plan in coordination with Managers and ensuring its 100% compliances
System Management:-
(Implementing & monitoring effective execution of IMS and other systems in the Section for overall improvements towards productivity and creating safe work culture)
1. To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIPSHE performance, Kaizen, OPL, improvement projects etc. for internal customer satisfaction.
2. Review procedure requirements & recommend amendments for continuous improvement.
3. Actively taking lead in meetings for implementation good practices in improving associated KFA and GRT performance and carry out internal audits to ensure effective implementation of systems
4. To inculcate team for reducing repetitive nature problem, training other on tacit knowledge, adapting new technology, bring kaizen & improvement projects, adherence & develop preservation SOP's.
5. Ensure proper implementation of IMS standards by timely Updation of documents & control, reviewing standards requirements, taking corrective & preventive action against findings internal and external audit/assessments finding for timely closure for 100% compliance.
6.Develop Area owner ship culture.
7.CLIT for every equipment.
8.Dispaly critical work SOP at site.
