Key Roles-

• Plant Availability: Plan, Organize and monitor implementation activities for optimum plant availability
• Cost Control: Plan monitor and control spares and lubricants inventory and manpower cost as per budget in Mech maintenance activities in coal mill in order to optimize the maintenance cost.
• System Management: (Effective implementation of all IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards)
• Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives

Job Purpose
To support SH Mechanical (Post Clinker) in Planning, Organizing & Coordinating the implementation of Field Operation &maintenance activities (Preventive/Predictive) in Cement Mill for optimum plant availability within optimum cost to meet production target.
:

• Role will be responsible for mechanical maintenance in cement Mill section.
• Experience in Pfeiffer VRM is desirable. Shall maintain Fans, compressors, material handling equipment etc.
• Inspection of equipment, maintenance as per PM plan to achieve best MTTR, MTBF &OEE. Up keep of section areas.
• Supervise & coordinate all the Mechanical activities of Cement Mill to maximize the plant availability.
• Manage team of workmen. Ensure right tools and method of work executed at site.
• Ensure zero harm at site through hazard identification, mitigation planning, guide workmen on SWP's.
• Strict adherence to the standards & procedures laid down in UTCL safety management system.
• Develop self & team and participate in continual improvement through innovation, KAIZENS for visible change.
• Support SH in Budget preparation, inventory management & control of cost in section maintenance.

• Maintain systems and documents as per IMS, EnMS & WCM management systems
