Pf Mechanical (cement Mill)
Job Description
:
1. Ensure shiftwise day to day activitioes.
2. Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance
schedule.
3. Review the weekly / major shutdown plans.
4. Analyse major breakdowns and plan corrective actions.
5. Improve the equipment efficiency through regular
inspection and maintenance.
6.Take precautions to arrest leakages, wastages of
material.
7. Mechanical maintenance of plant equipments.
8. Mechanical Maintenance activities in the Cement Mill Area ( Cement Mill-1 & 2).
9. Take plant rounds /study check list daily and identify problems.
10.Identify spillage /leakage / dust emissions."
