:

PF Admin position is responsible for handling HR functions, having good knowledge of local language. To be handle the

villagers issue peacefully. Maintain harmonious relationship between the villagers, local administration, gram

panchayat & government agencies. Execute HR policies, legal compliances, administrative support, co-ordination with

SH-HR & BT Head.

2. Manpower planning and arrangement.

3. Reduction in absenteeism.

4. Security Management

Key Result Areas:

• Transport & Accommodation arrangement to Guest / Employees -Coordinate internal transport arrangement as well as accommodation facility such booking of hotels, traveling etc., are provided as per requirement of the Unit within the Budget.
• Administration of plant & Upkeep plant Housekeeping- Coordinate & monitor activities for administration of plant to meet satisfaction of employees & customers. Maintain all plant area neat and clean.
• Implementation of Community Development & CSR- Plan, Coordinate, Support & Guide all the Community Initiatives & CSR Programs in order to accomplish the Social objectives & Social Responsibilities of the Company.
• PR, Service entry & Bill processing and maintaining supporting record- Maintain all active PRs, service entries and process bills on time and keep records.
• Welfare activity- Provide welfare facility to all employees as well as contract Labor and maintain hygiene.
• Safety- Timely completion of SBO\'s & ensure 100% adherence of safety amongst the all employees.
