Job Title/Designation: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience 5 to 20 years in NON-IT recruitment

Salary: 5,00,000 to 20,00,000 Lakhs Per Annum

Work Location: Vadodara-Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time-Direct Payroll.

We are one of the Leading MNCs in the Oil & Gas industry in Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. Ltd- operating in different sectors of Oil and Energy Industries (O&E), including Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus

- 5 to 19 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition-Specialist or similar HR role - preference candidate from Oil & Gas / LNG / Power Sector / Engineering / Construction

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Recruitment-Sourcing & Interviewing.

- Handling end-to-end recruitment.

- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.

- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job Portals, social media & referrals.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, mass hiring & industry mapping.

- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

- Ability to motivate employees

- MBA in human resources, business administration or a similar relevant field
