Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in helping a company build a strong and effective workforce. Their primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and culture. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do (Key deliverables)
  • Define Requirements:

  • Leverage tools and technologies to automate and streamline the sourcing process.
  • Engage and Connect:
  • Craft personalized messages to engage with potential candidates.
  • Use email, social media, and other communication channels to initiate conversations.
  • Highlight the value proposition of the company and the opportunities available.
  • Maintain a Talent Pipeline:
  • Create a database or talent pool of potential candidates for future positions.
  • Keep in touch with qualified candidates even if there is no immediate opening.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other members of the recruitment team, HR professionals, and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
  • Interviewing and Assessment:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that interview processes are effective and align with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s values.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and propose solutions.

Minimum qualifications/ Experience:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, business administration, master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector the recruiter is hiring for is advantageous.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities are crucial to build relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other stakeholders. Active participation in professional organizations, events, and online platforms can contribute to effective networking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members. need to be able to articulate job requirements, company culture, and expectations clearly.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools is important for efficiency in sourcing and managing candidates.
