Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Communication: Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the employer. Draft and proofread documents, letters, and reports. Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Create itineraries and ensure all travel details are well-organized. Time Management: Help the employer manage their time effectively by prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines. File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings. Handle logistics and arrangements. Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, prepare expense reports, and handle financial documentation. Personal Tasks: Occasionally assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, meal planning, and making reservations. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address issues, obstacles, or challenges that may arise. Job Location: Delhi Experience: - 3 - 8 years Qualification: - Any Graduate
