Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Manage executive's calendar and set up meetings, replying to emails.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, presentations, and other documents.
5. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.Job Specification:
