Job Description


Roles and Responsibility Personal Assistant to Head NR team will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings and working closely with Lina Manager and team with Admin issues. Strategy Manage and coordinate diaries for NR Team Co-ordinate on meetings related materials and requests Follow up with internal stakeholders on action items as discussed in the meeting / as told by department head. Raising Travel & Expense on system for LM and approving in line with bank policy. Timely system approval of Eprocs and T&E as a delegate Co-ordinate internal and external meetings, meeting room booking, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, workshops and events. Organize travel itineraries, including flights bookings, hotels and etc. for Heads as well as their directs. Assist with senior (i.e Group/Board) visits, event logistics, Big Call etc as and when required Maintain files, order supplies and prepare responses to correspondence of routine inquiries Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff as appropriate General/ad-hoc administrative support to the Departments. Managing CDD DRR queue Processes Ensure timely levy of all service charges by overseeing monthly charging process and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Handle all customer escalations related to service charges levied on savings accounts Own and monitor all elements of Deposit products on the Bank\'s website - ensure these are constantly updated Governance Manage all Admin duties pertaining to NR Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
