Summary The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing support for day-to-day operations to the management, as well as managing the firm\'s human resources function. This includes tasks such as managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence. Responsibilities:
Provide support to the top management in managing day-to-day tasks efficiently
Managing calendars, appointments, work reports and MIS.
Maintain the firm\'s employee records, including performance reviews, compensation information, and benefits enrollment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in office administration or human resources.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to send and reply to emails.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
