We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Persian Language Instructor to join our online education platform. As a Persian Language Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to a diverse audience of learners. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Persian, a passion for teaching, and the flexibility to work during night and early morning shifts to accommodate global learners. Responsibilities: Conduct online Persian language classes for students of varying proficiency levels. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum objectives. Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their language learning journey. Create engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance the online learning experience. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. Stay informed about language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches. Collaborate with other instructors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Requirements: Native or near-native proficiency in Persian. Proven experience in teaching Persian language, preferably in an online setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work during night and early morning shifts. Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and online education tools. A bachelor\'s degree in Persian language, linguistics, education, or a related field (master\'s degree preferred). Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
