:: Performance Testing EngineerOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will haveexpertise in performance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with proficiency in HP LoadRunner, JMeter,Java or Python, and various databases such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB. Experience working in Agile environments andusing Agile tools like Jira is highly desirable. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthe scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our software applications under varying workloads.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough performance testing of software applications to identify bottlenecks, performance issues,and areas for optimization.Demonstrate proficiency in performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner, JMeter, and scriptinglanguages like Java or Python for creating test scripts and scenarios.Perform database performance testing using SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar database technologies toassess database responsiveness and efficiency under different loads.Analyze performance test results and generate comprehensive reports outlining key findings, performancemetrics, and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand performancerequirements, design performance test scenarios, and implement performance testing strategies.Identify performance optimization opportunities in code, configurations, and infrastructure to enhanceapplication performance and scalability.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing and contribute to thecontinuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies within the organization.Work effectively in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andsprint reviews. Utilize Agile tools like Jira for task management and collaboration.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Performance Testing Engineer.Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or Python for test automation.Experience with database performance testing using SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile tools like Jira.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
