As an experienced Performance tester working for our leading client, is responsible for ensuring that applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and stability requirements under expected and peak workloads. They design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.




Responsibility




Design and implement performance test strategies covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.


Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.


Analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, network, database queries) to identify bottlenecks and root causes.


Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to optimize application, database, and infrastructure performance.


Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation of system scalability and reliability.


Prepare detailed reports and recommendations on performance issues, risks, and tuning opportunities for stakeholders.


Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in performance engineering across projects.
