Software Test Team Lead carries management responsibilities for a group of testing engineers; responsible for segments of the planning, design, and execution of tests and is expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group, raise risks, suggest mitigations and make decisions.

What will your job look like?

• Should be familiar with the Non-Functional Testing concepts and approaches.
• You will work with the application SMEs to understand the NFR\xe2\x80\x99s.
• You will need to design the workload model based on the requirements.
• You will design and review test solutions and scenarios, develop NF scripts and automation utilities to be implemented and executed in alignment with the scope determined during test planning, leveraging knowledge and a broad understanding of E2E Business process & requirements.
• You will oversee and execute different types of tests, monitor, and prepare the detailed test report.
• You will highlight all the issues identified during the executions and raise them with concern team.
• You will ensure that product documentation, testware and work products used in the testing activities are of the highest quality to ensure traceability, correctness and compliance with product requirements and specifications, internal standards, and clients\' needs.
• You will maintain and enhance the professional and business relationship with the client/ internal customers.

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in NF testing/ SW testing.
• Proficient in QA processes & methodologies, Agile SDLC principles, and Non-Functional Test strategy & executions.
• Must Have-Good hands-on experience in Performance scripting - with Load runner, Jmeter, or any other performance tools.
• Should have worked on in Web (Http/HTML) and Web services protocols.
• Must Have- Familiar with at least one scripting/Programming languages (C, JavaScript, Java, Python etc.)
• Telecommunication experience/ knowledge
• Amdocs business and Cross Portfolio knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 advantage
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT/ Computer science

• You will be responsible for Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating non-functional issues and technical risks of software systems.
• You will be involved in participating in and/ or leading formal and informal reviews with stakeholders.
