Performance Tester Skills Required (Mandatory): 4 + years of hands-on experience into Performance Testing. Manual Testing Experience in JMeter / LoadRunner Experience: 4-7 Years Job Location: Bangalore Work Timings: General shift Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Roles and Responsibilities The consultant should have worked on performance testing and engineering of large-scale applications/platforms Need experience on all protocols of HP LoadRunner - 3 protocols - Web HTTP HTML SAP GUI Webservices as the applications they would be conducting Performance testing could be on any platform The team helps in creating dashboards for the agents to resolve the customer queries efficiently by extracting the customer data, history, transaction related queries etc., Provide support to call centre agents in production environment. Develop POCs, work with vendor team to run various simulations in lower environments to validate the POC with little supervision and handholding. Develop Technical Use Cases documentation to support business requirements for new features with little supervision and handholding Play key role and work with different teams resolving service impacting critical issues. Provide support for technical and infrastructure issues for chat, forums, telephony, and remote support applications Plan and perform infrastructure maintenance & application upgrades. Take responsibility of making the system compliant with all audit and compliance regulations Receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
