We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing: Senior Executive to join our team at PROHED. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will also play a key role in media planning, marketing campaign management, and paid media advertising. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
• Solid understanding of media planning and marketing campaign management
• Experience with performance marketing metrics and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of paid media advertising and optimization strategies

• Plan, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage media planning and budget allocation for performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and reports to identify trends and insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
• Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion
• Monitor and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and KPIs
