Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets.- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising.- Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring profitable acquisition.- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta platforms.- Proven success in driving growth for D2C or eCommerce brands.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including advanced tracking and audience segmentation.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and attribution modelling.- Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics/reporting tools.- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
