Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms. Define and track performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS) to ensure achievement within allocated budgets. Manage A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement.Data & Analytics- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and BI dashboards.- Leverage data-driven insights to recommend improvements and maximize efficiency.- Forecast campaign budgets, lead volumes, and ROI for business planning.Team & Collaboration- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and business goals.- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute performance marketing initiatives.Optimization & Innovation- Continuously explore and experiment with new channels, tools, and technologies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.Key Requirements- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 7-10 years of experience in digital performance marketing.- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMS, IVR, RCS, Linkedin and Whatsapp.- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel/Pivot Tables.- Experience in SMS, RCS & IVR over Google/Facebook and knowledge of Looker Studio, FTP and Python over Google Analytics.- Experience in managing large-scale monthly marketing budgets.- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
