Job description Job Details: Position: Senior Performance Head Job Summary: As the Senior Performance Head in the Performance Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing a team, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving innovation Experience: Requirements include a relevant degree, 3 to 5+ years of experience, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling advertising on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, and other digital marketing platforms
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Creating & Managing Campaigns in Both Search & Display Networks by using Contextual Targeting & Placement Tools.
• Lead and manage a team of performance marketers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Analyze metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation.
• Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated campaigns and leverage customer insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, drive innovation, and share knowledge within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per month Schedule:
