What will you Do?
- Focus on day-to-day execution.
- Manage a monthly budget of over 2 crores.
- Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic.
- Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.
- Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.
- Supervise a team of 8 to 9 individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.
- Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.
- Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
- Team handling experience for at least 1 year.
- Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
