Material Depot is on a mission to be India's largest tech company in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction space by democratising the ecosystem and bringing stakeholders onto a common digital platform. And for that, we are creating tools that will solve the most intricate challenges that professionals in the industry face.The first tool that we have created is an online material library for Architects, Interior Designers and 3D visualizers where they can discover materials from 500+ brands and 2.5 Lakh+ textures. Responsibilities

• Deliver acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives with a focus on major search engines, display networks and video platforms
• Running the day to day activation, optimisation and reporting for campaigns on Video platforms and other various channels
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights
• Identify opportunities that will strengthen our position in the market
• Build and nurture search &social media platform-specific communities and audiences
• Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level
• Work closely with the local content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments

Qualifications

• Proficiency in running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, and performance monitoring
• 2+ years of experience in executing the Search + UAC + Affiliates
• Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
• Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
• Experience leading high-cadence controlled experimentation
• A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large
