Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through paid acquisition channels, a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid acquisition channels, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creative that is highly engaging and optimized for performance.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and develop insights that inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with product goals and that user acquisition and retention are optimized.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through paid acquisition channels, with experience managing large budgets and delivering positive ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Passion for technology and innovation with a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.
