As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence and sales performance of in the chemical industry on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaign management, particularly in the realm of Amazon and Flipkart advertisements, and a deep understanding of marketplace performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for our clients on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on PPC, to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance overall marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar performance marketing role, with a focus on e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
• In-depth understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
