What You'll Do

Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on
E-commerce brand objectives
.
Manage and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram).
Oversee keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy strategy, and landing page optimization to consistently improve campaign performance.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and spend efficiency to ensure maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
Plan and execute
A/B testing
across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to identify and scale winning approaches.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and E-commerce advertising.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and account teams to ensure ad assets align with campaign goals and performance objectives.
Own and track key performance metrics including
ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue growth
.
What You'll Bring

3 to 5+ years of proven experience
in performance marketing, with a strong focus on
E-commerce brands
.
Hands-on expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
Strong understanding of
E-commerce metrics
such as ROAS, AOV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and how paid media impacts them.
Working knowledge of
Google Analytics
and
Google Tag Manager
for tracking, attribution, and performance analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client discussions.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
