We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us grow our online presence and sales. Responsibilities Analysing and reporting on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, email marketing, etc. Identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize our campaigns, such as improving ad copy, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies, etc. Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to measure the impact of different variables on campaigns. Collaborating with other teams, such as creative, product, and customer service, to provide insights and recommendations based on the data. Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the vegan/organic beauty industry. Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field Min 2 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry) Proficiency in using various tools and platforms for data analysis & visualization, such as Google Analytics, Excel, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from large and complex data sets. Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. A creative & curious mindset, with the ability to test new ideas and learn from failures. A passion for vegan and organic beauty products and our brand mission.
