The following functions are in-scope: Finance, Procurement, Transportation, Human Resources, Information Technology, Data, Trade Execution, Portfolio & Project Management. These services are delivered from 7 primary centers including San Jose (Costa Rica), Rosario (Argentina), Uberlandia (Brazil), Sofia (Bulgaria), Gurgaon and Bangalore (India), and Nanjing (China). Job Purpose and Impact The CBS Global Performance Analyst will lead metric/report production and enable process performance awareness and improvement for Service Request Management (system: RemedyForce, IT HW/SW Request Operations (system: Remedy SRM), and Master Data Management Operations (system: SAP MDG). You will have a significant role in managing and improving several global and heavily consumed reporting products and engaging with leaders to understand and improve their performance with a disciplined and data-driven approach. Key Accountabilities Manage and govern the set of metrics and reports used to measure process performance for Service Request Management on RemedyForce, IT HW/SW Request Operation on Remedy SRM, and Master Data Management Operations on several systems (ex: SAP MDG) Optimize metric/report production to be more touchless and automated Partner with data engineering teams for optimal data sourcing using Cargill\'s data lake (Cargill Data Platform) Intake, triage and fulfill client requests Deliver training to report consumers on accessing, navigating and using available reports Identify and communicate process performance results including relevant hot spots and recommended focus areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Confirmed experience producing process metrics and reports using touchless or near-touchless data sourcing techniques and visualization tools like PowerBI, Celonis, Tableau Strong written/verbal communication and storytelling skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in analyzing data to find trends, anomalies, key results drivers, and hot spots Experience in process operations using a ticketing system like Remedy, RemedyForce or similar Knowledge of implementing and supporting applications/solutions/products in production environments
