Senior Peoplesoft HCM Functional role with 7 to 10 years of experience. Full-time employment in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Peoplesoft HCM Functional consultant
- Experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1 or higher
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules including Global Payroll and Absence Management
- Experience with at least 2 full PeopleSoft HCM SDLC implementations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analyze and gather user requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM applications to meet business needs
- Design, develop, and test PeopleSoft HCM interfaces and integrations
- Provide production support and troubleshoot PeopleSoft HCM issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PeopleSoft HCM implementations
- Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and new features
- Train end-users on PeopleSoft HCM functionality
