Job Description

Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional \xe2\x80\x93 ORC Location: Hyderabad / Remote Experience: 6+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall, 6+ years of experience with at least 2 project implementation experience in Oracle ORC (Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding).

• Working experience in end-to-end implementations for the modules is a must.

• Should have been involved in Design sessions, requirements gathering as part of the implementation.

• Capture customer business requirements and translate requirements into solutioning that fit within customer\xe2\x80\x99s business environment and business objectives.

• Conduct POCs, map client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, etc.

• Accountable for review and delivery of functional design documents, technical designs and configuration workbooks

• Experience in implementing multi-org/country solutions.

• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes

• Good communication skills and should be capable to directly interact with client.

• Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users

• Having experience in Taleo is a plus.

• Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.

• Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.

• Good command over spoken & written English.

• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.

• Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.

• Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Goal and Performance Management, Talent review and Succession planning implementation and support experience.
