Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/OTL skills. In this role, individuals will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Worked closely with customers/business stakeholders to gather requirements and Solution design.

We are looking to hire an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM with Time and Labor, to join our global IT delivery team. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and providing end-to-end HR system solutions that addresses business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud HCM application.

Under minimal supervision, leads the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide business systems. Leads complex and large projects to assure goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame. Defines systems scope based on user needs, a thorough understanding of the business, and industry. Ensures solutions meet or exceeds customer expectations. Leads business process redesign programs and defines which new technologies are needed. Leads meetings to translate high level business requirements into functional specification and manages the specification changes.

  • Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM with Time and Labor SME and nice to have understanding around PPM modules.
  • Responsible for system implementation support for Time and Labor/OTL, modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Primary point of contact to manage the functional requirements to integrate with PPM and liaise with technical teams on issue resolution.
  • Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.
  • Partner with business teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.
  • Leads meetings to translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages the specification changes.
  • Mentors and directs the work of other business systems employees.
  • Working with business, technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and manage the logging/working on SRs to resolution.
  • Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.
  • Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.
  • Negotiates with business to prioritize requests that support business objectives and drives business assessment of project cost/benefits.
  • Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.
  • Leads change management initiatives, validates recommended changes, and communicates/markets plans. Reviews and provides input on training documentation and develops process to measure success of changes.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
Qualification and Experience Required
  • Bachelor\'s in information technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences. Master\'s Degree a plus
  • Location: Noida
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules implementation and/or support is preferred.
  • Having good functional experience and expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud - Time and Labor, modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Fast Formulae.
  • Nice to have Skills: Oracle Cloud PPM module, Security, Approval Workflow Rules, and HCM Experience Design Studio Personalization setups.
  • Solid business understanding of HCM/Time and Labor, modules processes is required.
  • Experience in leading IT projects & programs and managing IT teams.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
