Job Description
Need a candidate, preferably a Female candidate with social worker degree. We are 2.5 year old 35 bedded hospital with Casualty, ICU and Major OTs. Candiadate responsibilities included
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors.
- Listen to and resolve patient concerns and inquiries.
- Improve Google Reviews
- Coordinate with hospital departments to meet patient needs.
- Maintain cleanliness by supervising housekeeping
- Collect and relay feedback for continuous improvement.
- Act as point of contact between the Hospital and Patients
- To build good relationship with the patients
