People Experience Partner

Work Dynamics

Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating and enhancing moments that matter. PXP teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.

PXPs will use their business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. PXPs will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.

What this job involves

Key Accountabilities

Functional Knowledge:

Act as local delivery experts of JLL\xe2\x80\x99s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.

Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.

Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.

Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.

Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.

Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.

Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.

Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.

Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint \xe2\x80\x9con the ground\xe2\x80\x9d.

Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle \xe2\x80\x93 using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR stakeholders.

Support the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.

Work with HR Service Delivery as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and result.
