As a People & Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and supportive workplace culture at OAI. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, and be part of a world-class global HR team, which will strengthen your experience as an all-rounded HR professional. What you\'ll bring to the team: HR Operations Support with managing India HR operations, including maintaining employee records (employee background verification, insurance data, etc.), and driving compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Streamline and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency. Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with work-related issues. Address and resolve employee queries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, letters, and other related matters. Ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain employee trust and satisfaction. Employee Onboarding Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and a great new hire experience. Conduct new hire orientations, introducing them to company culture, values, and policies. Provide necessary training and resources to help new employees succeed. Employee Engagement Assist in implementing strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR-related projects. Manage the employee engagement and communication calendar through thorough planning, tracking, communication, and feedback. Support the roll-out of the annual employee engagement survey followed by action-planning and project management.
