We are on the hunt for a People Coordinator to join our busy Gurgaon office supporting the rewards and benefits offered to our colleagues across the UK, South Africa and India. In this role, you’ll provide a range of admin support, including reporting and insight linked to the roll out, deployment and embedment of our region wide Pay, Benefits and Reward strategy. What you'll be doing

  • Providing market benchmarking and analysis to support the evolution of our pay structures and pay progressions models
  • Collating salary data and associated salary benchmarking in preparation for our annual salary review process and adhoc business reviews
  • Generating performance and financial data to support the payment process and cycle linked to corporate performance bonus and incentive plans
  • Maintaining the library of corporate performance bonus and incentive plan scheme rules
  • Tracking, analysing and providing insight into the success of non-contractual operational incentive schemes designed to drive performance and recognise achievement
  • Supporting external supplier relationships by tracking and reporting on associated spend linked to these contracts
  • Providing internal reporting to support the job evaluation and grading services delivered by the team
  • Managing and responding to general email queries from colleagues regarding rewards and benefits
What you'll need
  • Excellent English written communication skills with a strong emphasis on spelling and grammar
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language in oral and written correspondence
  • Previous HR experience within a pay and benefits admin role (Advantageous)
  • Ability to manage sensitive and high profile data and activities in a highly secure and confidential manner.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and report on data with a high level of accuracy, care and attention to detail
  • Talent for logical thinking, problem solving and working with numbers
  • PC literacy with a good working knowledge of standard Microsoft O365 packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
