Who are you You are an experienced HRBP and want to contribute to our People and Culture strategy. You are a progressive business and human centric person to lead the people agenda for Operations and Technology functions. You are comfortable working in a matrix organization balancing multiple priorities at the same time. You are able to navigate between short term and long-term activities, to constantly move between operational & strategic mindset. You are not afraid to steer initiatives across the Business Area and you have an open and positive attitude despite uncertainties. We have also great hopes that you will grow as a People and Culture professional and take the opportunity to explore unknown competence areas that you are today not even considering. What are the responsibilities Your most important assignment is to partner with Leaders to translate business needs into people strategies and initiatives by co-creating plans to drive business outcome and employee experience. Work proactively with a holistic people and competence plan to meet our medium to long term business goals. Take advantage of external trends, research, outside in perspective and innovations in HR to influence future ways of working. You will be instrumental in the cultural journey and facilitate the transformation on ways of working connected to our 100% employee involvement ambition. Coach and support leaders and managers in leveraging workforce data and behavioral science in business decision making and change initiatives. You will be a core team member for our DEI agenda for the globe and will be a key player in shaping our future priorities. You will work with team development journeys together with the managers and help them in building a high performing team. You will be a member of the Operations and Technology management team and part of global functional HR networks in this space. You will work collaboratively with people and culture community consisting of People Services, Volvo Group university and CoE in the country to deliver on our people agenda. What we expect you to bring A full time MBA and HRBP experience of 10 plus years with ability to drive day to day activities as well as strategic HR initiatives. A high degree of creativity and curiosity and ability to coach and challenge leaders. Comfortable with coaching and facilitation principles to drive transformation and change in the organization. Good understanding of team development stages and interventions required for building a high performing team. It is key that you have deep interest in culture building and organization development. You are passionate about DEI and is instrumental in creating movement across the organization. A strong focus on collaboration and relationship management, with a proven ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of the organization. It is essential that you have a true business interest and a strong ability to think across the value chain to see and understand the holistic picture.
