Description
Location: Pune/Bangalore Experience: 4+ yrs
Role purpose: The purpose of this role is to develop Pega decisioning constructs in order to implement new marketing campaigns, real-time decisioning modules and provide post-implementation support
Job Responsibility
Experience with or good knowledge of agile, sprint, scrum concepts.- PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC) for Business Process Management and Business Rules Development
- Experience creating Pega workflows, defining rules, creating classes, developing templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UI\'s in PRPC
- Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns
- Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes.
- Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues.
- Collaborates with the technical team.
Skills
3 to 5years in Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development, Architecture Design and integration.- Ability to implement the rules and build low level design
- Knowledge of on XML, Java, Oracle, Java script and SQL.
- Engineering degree/Science degree
- CSA (Certified System Architect),
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)
