Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Looking for senior PEGA UI Developer with 4+ yrs of experience, good communication skills, willing to work in ODC.
1) Need to be CSA or CSSA certified.
2) Experience in mobile application development and deployment
3) Experience in latest CSS, HTML, JavaScript and UI Debugging tools.
4) Understanding of accessibility best practices and standards
5) Partner with both the client and the business team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (requirements gathering, design and build phases, user acceptance testing, etc.).
6) Leverage industry experience to consult and influence the client\'s direction in the pursuit of Pega best practices.
7) Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations.
8) Leverage Java/J2EE and PRPC skills in new and innovative ways to build new applications and help improve performance.
9) Excellent communication, interviewing, and collaborative skills. Strong presentation skills
10) Optional : The job requires knowledge Pega SCE (Smart Claim Engine) framework and knowledge on US Health care insurance Domain.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience Criteria: 4+ Years of relevant experience in Pega 7.x, Pega 8.x

Certifications Required: PEGA CSSA, PEGA CSA

A highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the software development lifecycle.
