We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect LSA with healthcare expertise to lead the architecture and design of Pega applications This role involves defining technical solutions ensuring scalability and guiding the development team







Responsibilities




Design build and implement Pega solutions aligned with healthcare requirements




Define architecture standards and best practices for Pega healthcare applications




Mentor and guide Pega developers ensuring adherence to quality standards




Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements







Qualifications




8 years of experience in Pega development with healthcare project experience




Certified Lead System Architect CLSA in Pega




Strong understanding of healthcare processes and compliance HIPAA etc
