Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead and deliver cutting-edge solutions using PEGA platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PEGA architecture, design, and implementation, combined with strong leadership and consulting skills. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.




Key Responsibilities


Solution Architecture & Design


Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable PEGA solutions that meet business and technical requirements.


Define the architecture for PEGA applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.


Provide technical leadership in assessing and integrating PEGA solutions with enterprise systems.


Development & Delivery


Oversee and guide the development of PEGA applications, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.


Create reusable components, frameworks, and process flows to optimize delivery.


Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with PEGA standards and best practices.


Consulting & Leadership


Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing PEGA implementations.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.


Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.


Troubleshooting & Optimization


Diagnose and resolve technical challenges and performance issues in PEGA applications.


Continuously monitor and optimize PEGA implementations for efficiency and scalability.




Qualifications and Skills


PEGA Expertise


Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) with a strong understanding of PEGA 8.x (or latest version).


8+ years of experience in PEGA application development, including end-to-end implementation of PEGA-based solutions.


Technical Skills


Proficient in PEGA frameworks, rules, and BPM processes.


Experience in integrating PEGA applications with other systems using APIs, SOAP/REST services, and connectors.


Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and PEGA deployment methodologies.


Leadership & Communication


Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver projects in an Agile environment.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
