Hybrid Workinga,

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

aAEURAa, a, a, Support the analysis, design, build, test and delivery of Java solutions as required
aAEURAa, a, a, Manage/ escalate risks and issues through to resolution. Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned.
aAEURAa, a, a, Conduct testing to ensure successful deployment/ implementation of all developments or new applications

aAEURAa, a, a, Strong OLAP system knowledge from database and reporting development Hands on experience working on Java applications development using spring-core and spring-mv framework
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience on PEGA 7
aAEURAa, a, a, String Core Java skills
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have prior experience in a, REST/SOAP web services
aAEURAa, a, a, Strong understanding WAS, JBoSS and Tomcat servers
aAEURAa, a, a, Good Unix background and ability to write basic shell scripts
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience developing using ORM tools like Hibernate
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in handling Collections,JDBC,Multi-threading
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in working with JSF2.0,EJB3.0,JPA
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in developing web services using JAX-WS,JAX-RS,JAX-B and a, Java web-frameworks
