Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Invoice Processing, Payments & AP Helpdesk for UK & US MAIN PURPOSE: The role and responsibilities include processing invoices, manual allocation of invoices for processing, raising queries, interacting with the client whenever required KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: . Invoice Processing (Manual invoice processing E2E) . Manual invoice/case allocation . Review Invoice Processing . Payments Processing (Payruns) . Paying out outstanding payables (processing and rejections) . Allocating Reject items in Reject queues . Invoice Audit and Bank reconciliations of accounts, if required. . Processing manual / routine journal entries, including ad hoc journal entries and recurring journal entries. . Email to the client for opening status of invoice queue . Email to the client for closing status of invoice queue . Email to the client/Line of business for any missing information on the invoice . Regular Client calls . Knowledge of AP Helpdesk & Payments process will be preferred . SHIFT - US shift ( 4 PM - 1 AM) REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: . M-Com / B-Com or MBA Finance . Good knowledge of Accounting . Good knowledge of Microsoft office.(PowerPoint) and advance Excel (V lookup & Pivot) . Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English) . Min 2 Years Relevant Experience .
