Description Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a PDM/PLM Implementation Lead in Mumbai, India to support our global PDM and PLM implementation needs. As a highly motivated self-starter, you will be passionately pursuing excellence implementing our PDM and PLM solutions across KES ET&S globally. The primary focus area will be global development and implementation of our chosen PDM and PLM software with particular emphasis on user support within EMEAI & APAC regions, integrations with other business software, standards for PDM and PLM, assisting in testing/upgrades, and general maintenance/support for PDM and PLM software. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: · Assist stakeholders and implementation team in selecting best PDM/PLM software, implementation of chosen software, rollout of chosen software, adoption of chosen software, and integration of chosen software across all KES Equipment Group businesses globally. · Coordination of efforts between IT, software company, operations team, and third-party technology suppliers. · PDM/PLM ongoing administration and development · PDM/PLM user development and training · Familiar with digital workflows. Create and modify workflows, workflow notifications, and workflow approvals. · Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes, procedures, and terminology · Understanding of access controls · Java scripting · Working knowledge of middleware · Debugging skills What You Will Do In Your Role · Help define and fully understand consistent business work processes & correlation to Infor PLM · Provide assistance and technical support to Infor PLM users · Assist with training users and developing training material Page 2 of 2 · Collaborate with users to document use cases for future PLM enhancements What You Will Need: · High school diploma or equivalent · 2+ years’ experience implementing PDM and PLM software for midsize-large organizations. · Ability to travel up to 10% which will include international travel.
