What youll do

Develop and optimize adhesive and sealant formulations Evaluate and understand raw materials and their impact on product properties Conduct testing of adhesive and sealants for automotive applications Drive product development projects from concept to complete results Analyse data and draw actionable conclusions for formulation improvements Work independently while collaborating with the team when needed Continuously learn and explore new materials or methods to support innovation

What makes you a good fit

Minimum 2 years of work experience. Should have master's degree in chemistry or graduate degree in chemical engineering Passion for research & development
