Job Description

Product Controller in the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Team. Our primary responsibility is to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s P&L, Balance Sheet along with detailed Analysis. Product Control also guards the banks trading activities via the provision of reliable and significant financial information provided to the business managers, external business partners and other relevant internal constituents.

This product control role supports Treasury and Global Liquidity Group business areas in APAC region. The person will join a Pune team of 6 and will be reporting to a local AVP based in Pune.

Qualifications

The person will perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation and validation of P&L reporting and Balance Sheet substantiation according to the relevant accounting treatments and policies.

\xc2\xa7 Should have Finance background and basic accounting knowledge is a must

\xc2\xa7 Good communication and organizational skills

\xc2\xa7 Able to manage time and flexible with working hours

\xc2\xa7 Good knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 particularly MS Excel is required

\xc2\xa7 Good control mindset and attention to details

\xc2\xa7 Strong team player, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xa7 Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accountancy preferred but not mandatory

\xc2\xa7 Good knowledge of basic vanilla financial products such as FX, money market loans and deposits, IRS, repos and bonds
