About the team: Paytm payment gateway enables thousands of online merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises and startups including well known unicorns alike. We strive to take payments beyond an enabler and an instrument to drive revenue and user growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytm\'s B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorized entities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business.

About the Role: We are looking for a person for finance & operations who has experience from fintech companies or any related entity and can deal or manage the high volume data.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. 8 to 10 years experience in Digital Payments /E-commerce or similar industry.

2. Good understanding of Payment and Settlement Systems, Operations & Solutions.

3. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis

4. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

5. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information

6. Reconciliation of the merchant/aggregator payments to payable vs paid

7. Set processes and report gaps in reconciliations

8. Must have a good working knowledge of MIS & Ms office skills to bring automation on manual activities/reports

9. Must have worked on accounting for digital payments transactions

10. Knowledge of money movement in case of digital payments transactions w.r.t. complete flow including payment gateway receipts and merchant settlements

11. Experience in accounting entries and GL movement for digital payments transactions

12. Experience in Nodal bank operations and funds flow movement

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Good communication skills.

2. Responsible for managing Finance processes and ensuring compliance as per defined Policies/guidelines.

3. Co-ordinating with internal & external stakeholders for collecting and collating Data/documents required for internal/external functional audits

4. Experience in executing core Finance & engagement processes while leading/ working With a team

5. Start-up acumen is MUST - strong work ethic, flexibility, willingness to get hands dirty and a \'get stuff done attitude

6. Sound business judgment and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced Environment.

7. MS Office knowledge is mandatory
