End-to-End Payroll Responsibilities Payroll Processing
Manage complete monthly payroll processing for permanent employees, contract staff, trainees, and ODC employees
Collect, verify, and validate attendance, leave, incentives, bata, and night allowance data
Process salary revisions, arrears, bonuses, ex-gratia, and retroactive adjustments
Prepare and process full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and recoveries
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and WPS
Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required
Handle inspections, notices, and statutory audits
Salary Disbursement & Reporting
Generate salary sheets, bank transfer files, WPS files, and payslips
Coordinate with banks for salary credits and resolve payment failures
Prepare payroll MIS, cost analysis, headcount reports, and reconciliations
Support budgeting, manpower cost control, and variance analysis
Systems & Data Management
Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS/payroll systems
Ensure accuracy of employee records including salary structure, statutory eligibility, and deductions
Implement payroll SOPs, process improvements, and internal controls
Ensure payroll data security and confidentiality
Employee Support & Coordination
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, and statutory benefits
Coordinate with HR on onboarding, exits, transfers, and disciplinary deductions
Liaise with Finance for accounting entries, provisions, and audits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
