- Complete ownership of the payroll process.
- Resolution of Employee queries in a time-bound manner
- Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations
- Handle coordination, compliance with statutory guidelines, and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
- Managing employee benefits program.
- Managing data and sharing it with different service providers
- Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance.
- Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances
- Investment checking and updating
- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, JV, Headcount, attrition, wage cost, etc.)
- Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
- Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations).
- Managing data for actuarial reporting.
- Managing payroll audit.
Your profile
- Relevant Experience 4 - 6 years.
- Must have experience in Payroll & Compensation.
- Preferable Immediate Joiner or Notice Period less than 30 days.
- Work Location - Thane (Mumbai)
