Position Summary

Responsible for the collation of fixed and variable payroll data and the completion of Flexiforms for a number of legal entities in APAC. Tasks also include the timely distributions of payroll data to payroll services provider/s. Post commit duties include the distribution of reports, document storage for audit. This position offers the successful candidate multi-national payroll experience working for a leading Global company.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Able to follow APAC payroll processes or practices

Assists the timely generation of legal entity payroll/s by receiving and collating payroll information and changes (as provided by HR / Finance / External Vendors)

Accurate data entry into Payroll Vendor Flexiforms

Timely distribution of Post Commit Reports to Finance

Manage queries effectively from internal customers

Save documents into company Sharepoint site

Qualifications

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Must have 2 to 3 years of payroll processing experience

Should have APAC Payroll processing (end to end) experience for countries like Must have India & Philippians

Strong PC, Excel and System skills and experience

Good to have payroll experience countries like, Taiwan, Srilanka

Attention to Detail, Accurate Data Entry Skills

Good Time Management

Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)

Ability to interact effectively with peers and management (team player)

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

Good continuous payroll experience required

Global Payroll knowledge an advantage

Experience of ADP Streamline an advantage
